They'll drill down on how monetary policy, regulatory policies, inflation, and the new administration could impact the ETFs industry.

Format: There will be a 45 min conversation followed by an audience Q&A.

Mr Charlie Ryder

Manager, Regulatory Affairs, The World Federation of Exchanges

Charlie Ryder is a Regulatory Affairs Manager at the World Federation of Exchanges, leading the group's work on policy relating to ETFs, Clearing, and Systemic Risk. Charlie previously worked in Ernst & Young's Capital Markets Advisory business, following stints in private equity, hedge funds, and investment management. Charlie has masters degrees in Management and International Economic Policy, specialising in global risk and financial regulation. 



Mr Thomas Bonville

Managing Director & Head of Derivative Sales, Clear Street

Thomas Bonville is Managing Director and Head of Derivatives Sales at Clear Street. Bonville has over 20 years of experience working in the Derivatives industry. Prior to Clear Street, he worked at Macro Risk Advisors where he acted as Head of Sales. Bonville also spent eight years running equity derivatives sales at Wells Fargo and 15 years in senior equity derivative sales roles at Nomura, Bank of America, and Goldman Sachs.

Ms Alison Hennessy

Head of ETP Listings, Nasdaq

Ali Hennessy is Head of Nasdaq’s ETF listings business, where she is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for Nasdaq’s ETP business. Prior to taking on this role, she led business development for Nasdaq ETF Listings which included managing relationships with existing clients as well as prospecting new issuers. Prior to joining Nasdaq, Ali spent several years at State Street Global Advisors where she worked on the Institutional ETF Sales team, marketing the SPDR ETF lineup to Asset Managers. Ali received her Bachelor of Arts from College of the Holy Cross with a degree in Sociology.

Matthew Tuttle is a seasoned financial expert and the visionary CEO of Tuttle Capital Management, a leading innovator in the ETF space. With over two decades of experience in asset management, Matt has earned a reputation for his groundbreaking work in developing and managing ETFs that capture unique market opportunities and hedge against risk.

Mr William Rhind

Founder & CEO, GraniteShares

In 2016, Will Rhind challenged himself to find a way to do things differently. As a 18-year veteran of the ETF industry with experience working at, building and running well-established successful ETF businesses, he made a keen observation: investing just isn’t as exciting as it once was. He asked himself, how do you bring back that excitement? As an experienced entrepreneur, he decided to answer that question by launching his own ETF company - GraniteShares was born.
