EQUITY
When conducting stock transactions on the IDX, exchange members are required to pay a transaction fee equal to:
1. 0.03% of the transaction value for every transaction in the regular and cash markets.
2. 0.03% of the transaction value or depend on the Exchange’s discretion in the negotiation market.
3. The minimum transaction fee as stated above is IDR 2,000,000/month.
The exchange members have to deposit 0.01% of the transaction value guaranteed by KPEI as a Guarantee Fund. The Guarantee Fund is managed and administered by KPEI.
The transaction fees above do not include the 10% value-added tax and the 0.1% transaction tax levied on the cumulative value of the sales of the shares.

Taxes on Dividends, Interests
- Dividend Tax (Income Tax no.36 Year 2008):
1. Resident Individual Tax payers: maximum 10% of the final amount.
2. Government bodies, resident taxable entities, organizers of activities, Permanent Establishments, or other representative offices of foreign companies: 15% of the gross amount.
- Tax on Bond Interest:.(Government Law No.16 Year 2009) :
1. Resident tax payers and Permanent Establishments: 15% (fifteen percent).
2. Non-resident tax payers: 20% (twenty percent) or the suitable tariff in accordance to the Agreement of Double Tax Avoidance.
- Tax on Deposit Interest : 20% of Final Income Tax
2011 Share ownership thresholds (%)
In accordance to the Decree of the Chairman of Bapepam-LK No. Kep-82/PM/1996 on Information Disclosure of Shareholders, the Directors, Commissioners and shareholders of a Listed Company who own 5% or more of the company's shares are obliged to report their share ownerships and any changes on their ownerships to the Bapepam-LK.
