Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and Korea Exchange sign MoU

The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and Korea Exchange signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The agreement stipulates that ADX and KRX will study a joint project to develop an ETF market in ADX. Both parties will review their cooperation on matters relating to central counterparty clearing, dual listing as well as jointly developing and supporting other capital markets.

CEESEG and Warsaw Stock Exchange plan mutual cooperation

The CEE Stock Exchange Group (CEESEG) and the Warsaw Stock Exchange have entered into preliminary discussions with a view to consider potential ways of strengthening mutual cooperation. The CEE Stock Exchange Group (CEESEG) is a holding company comprising the stock exchanges of Vienna, Budapest, Ljubljana and Prague.

Hong Kong Exchanges and Chongqing Financial Services Office sign MoU

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing and Chongqing Financial Services Office signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation and exchange of information.

Singapore Exchange signs MoU with China Financial Futures Exchange

On 10 April 2013, the Singapore Exchange and the China Financial Futures Exchange signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in the development of the derivatives markets in China and Singapore. The MoU adds to those which SGX has signed with Chongqing, Fujian, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shandong, Tianjin and Zhejiang, as well as the Agricultural Bank of China.

Singapore Exchange and Philippine Dealing System sign MoU

The Singapore Exchange and Philippine Dealing System Holdings have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop fixed-income access between Singapore and Philippines. Also included in the MoU is the development of trading platforms to support cross-border fixed-income trading. SGX and PDS will also explore the development of cross-border and intra-regional clearing, settlement and depository services for these fixed income markets.
