Bucharest Stock Exchange launches joint project on corporate governance
The Bucharest Stock Exchange’s Board of Governors approved the launch of a joint BVB-European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) project on corporate governance in Romania. The objective of the project is to enhance key corporate governance practices of listed companies and their disclosure by improving the recommendations of the BVB Corporate Governance Code, and to strengthen its monitoring and implementation.
Qatar Exchange signs MoU with University
