Tokyo Stock Exchange finalizes tender offer for shares of Osaka Securities Exchange

The Tokyo Stock Exchange began a tender offer for shares of the Osaka Securities Exchange on 11 July 2012. As of 22 August 2012, this tender offer was concluded successfully, with subscriptions in excess of the maximum planned number of shares to purchase. As a result, the Osaka Securities Exchange became a consolidated subsidiary of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Group on 29 August 2012.
