Athens Exchange and Korea Exchange sign MoU

The Athens Exchange and the Korea Exchange signed a Memorandum of Understanding in which they commit to cooperate in facilitating the dual-listing of companies on both exchanges.

Bulgarian companies have now access to Bucharest Stock Exchange

The Bulgarian and Romanian central securities depositories signed a cooperation agreement according to which Bulgarian companies can now get listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and thus have access to the Romanian capital market.

CBOE and China Financial Futures Exchange sign MoU

The Chicago Board Options Exchange and the China Financial Futures Exchange have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This agreement includes the sharing of information and resources between the two exchanges, comprising the development of educational programs designed to build understanding of the exchanges’ respective products, markets, technologies and regulation. The agreement also creates the opportunity for potential future business initiatives, including joint marketing efforts and product development.

Colombia Stock Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange sign MoU

The Colombia Stock Exchange, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote cooperation among the securities markets of Colombia and Canada. Under the agreement, the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange and Bolsa de Valores de Colombia will cooperate to share certain information and to undertake certain activities together to facilitate the dual listing of companies in each other’s jurisdiction and assist each other with understanding the regime, process and rules for listing and trading securities in each other’s jurisdiction. The exchanges will also explore and develop joint marketing opportunities.

Deutsche Börse and CFFEX sign MoU

Deutsche Börse and the China Financial Futures Exchange signed a Memorandum of Understanding by which the parties will start a comprehensive sharing of knowledge and information on business areas and regulatory developments. Further elements include joint training and education initiatives, as well as an employee exchange program and regular visits from each exchange’s senior management.

GreTai Securities Market and Tokyo Stock Exchange Group sign MoU

GreTai Securities Market and the Tokyo Stock Exchange Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at building a closer relationship and explore opportunities for exchanging information and working on the development and listing of financial products. Under the agreement, the two markets will consider the possibility of cooperating in the listing promotion and other marketing activities for the benefits of issuers in both regions.

NYSE Euronext and China Financial Futures Exchange sign MoU

NYSE Euronext and the China Financial Futures Exchange signed a Memorandum of Understanding to promote a bilateral partnership to support the development of futures and options markets. The MoU will enable the two exchanges to explore opportunities for information sharing; exchanging and training employees; as well as business cooperation such as joint research into developing strategies for the derivatives market.

Stock Exchange of Thailand signs MoU renewal with Korea Exchange

The Stock Exchange of Thailand and Korea Exchange have recently signed the renewal of Memorandum of Understanding, aimed at extending the cooperation between both exchanges in exchanging information, improving IT structure, promoting collaborative investment and business opportunities.

Tokyo Stock Exchange sign MoU with central Bank of Myanmar to establish securities exchange

The Tokyo Stock Exchange Group and the Central Bank of Myanmar and Daiwa Institute of Research concluded a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate toward establishing a securities exchange and supporting the cultivation of a capital market in Myanmar.
