CME Group signs MoU with Ukrainian institutions
CME Group has signed separate Memoranda of Understanding, one with the Government of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine and another with the commodities exchange Ukrainian Futures Exchange to look for opportunities to further develop the financial and derivatives market in Ukraine for grain and non-agricultural products. In addition, the use of the electronic trading platform CME Globex will be explored.
Egyptian Exchange and Dubai Financial Market to promote dual listing
The Egyptian Exchange and the Dubai Financial Market will collaborate to set up a comprehensive framework that will pave the way for dual listings on both exchanges. Companies with significant operations in the UAE and Egypt are particularly targeted for dual listing.
Hong Kong Exchanges and Taiwan Stock Exchange sign MoU on regulatory information sharing
On 12 May 2011, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing and the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the sharing of regulatory information. In light of the increasing number of companies dually listed in Hong Kong and Taiwan, the two exchanges entered into the MoU to further cooperate in order to facilitate the proper regulation of these companies in their respective markets. Under the agreement, Hong Kong Exchanges and the Taiwan Stock Exchange will share regulatory information including trading suspensions and resumptions relating to the dually listed companies.
Shenzhen Stock Exchange signs MoU with Hanoi Stock Exchange
