Active shares are charged the base rate of $0.0036 per share and Passive trades are credited $0.002 per share.
There is a tiered volume-based discount, once active volume reaches 125mm shares, the incremental shares are
charged $0.0034 per share, and once volume exceeds 250mm shares the active charge is $0.0032 per share.
Once 125mm shares are reached on the passive side, the credit increases to $0.0024 per share, and once passive
volume exceeds 250mm shares, the credits increase to $0.003 per share
Charged using a value-based model: Active side is charged 1/60th of 1% of the value of the trade to a maximum of $50.
